The Direct Property Services team has the experience you need with refurbishing & restoring period buildings. We work with English Heritage, project managers and architects within conservation areas, and bring our extensive knowledge, including a thorough understanding of listed buildings.
Our experience includes the refurbishment & development of four apartments at Mills Bakery in the Royal William Yard, working together with award winning architects, Gillespie Yunnie, and English Heritage.
We were also contracted to refurbish & develop Custom House, Plymouth which was converted into a boutique hotel & restaurant.
